Will I own the data and the code?+
Yes. Everything runs on your Supabase / hosting account, in your name. The full source code is checked into a GitHub repo I transfer to you on day 2. If you cancel the $30/mo, you keep running it yourself.
What if I need custom features later?+
There's a Custom tier for that — multi-language, CRM deep-integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce), voice, custom workflows. Quoted on a case-by-case basis after launch. Most setups never need it.
Which AI models do you use?+
Default is GPT-4o for reasoning + text-embedding-3-large for retrieval. For high-volume use cases I switch to Gemini 2.5 Flash (cheaper, fast). For sensitive industries I'll wire up Claude Sonnet via Anthropic. You pick — I'll recommend.
How is 48 hours possible?+
Because it's productized. The architecture, deploy pipeline, dashboard, and integration layer are already built. Day 1 = your data, your prompts, your branding. Day 2 = QA + go-live. The "custom" part is the knowledge base and tuning, not the plumbing.
What happens if it doesn't work for my business?+
If we can't get the agent producing useful conversations in week one, you get the $500 back. I won't have shipped a junk product to claim a "delivery." That's a guarantee in writing.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?+
Yes — but I walk you through the Meta Business Verification on day 1 if you don't have one. Takes about 30 minutes of your time, the rest is mine.
What's NOT included?+
OpenAI / model API costs are billed to your account directly (usually $5–$30/mo for typical volume). Meta WhatsApp message costs are also yours (~$0.005–0.08 per conversation). I don't mark these up.
